Rental Policies

All cancellations must be called in the day before your rental.

At Bouncing Off The Walls, we do our best to accommodate all customers in times of unforeseen weather and/or emergency conditions. For this reason, we stay tuned day and night to the local weather conditions in and approaching our area. We ask that all customers do their part and stay informed as to any weather conditions approaching their area. In order for us to better serve all customers, we have developed what we feel is a fair policy for cancellations and rainchecks. Sometimes rain may be occurring in one part of town but not in the other part of town right next to it. For this reason WE DO NOT CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER unless we feel it would endanger our equipment. This decision is left solely to the customer. Please feel free to give us a call should you have any questions regarding our policies.

Delivery Times:

Customer should call the office by 5:00PM the day before their rental to check on their scheduled delivery time. In order for all customers to be delivered on time we occasionally deliver several hours in advance of scheduled rental time.  We typically deliver between 7:30am and about 12 noon.  The driver will call when on the way to your location.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel, we ask that you please do that prior to 5pm the day before your rental.  Or, you can even email (info@bouncingoffthewallsbr.com) us during the night before your rental.  Cancellations after 9pm the day before the event forfeit the deposit.  The customer is responsible for notifying the office by 9pm the day prior if they need to cancel the rental. Once the equipment is delivered, the FULL AMOUNT IS DUE regardless of total time used. All decisions to cancel due to weather or any other reason need to be made BEFORE 9pm the day prior. Customers who cancel their reservation will not receive a refund of the deposit; however, if cancelled by 9pm the day before the reservation, the deposit will be held as a rain check, and can be applied to a date within 12 months of the original event date. 

Sometimes during busy times of the year we have to deliver some things the day prior.  If this is the case, a cancellation decision must be made before dropoff, even if its coming the day before. We ask that the customer be informed of all weather conditions approaching by watching or listening to their local news.  

Note regarding rainchecks and rescheduling: the unit originally reserved is subject to availability and may not be available for the subsequent date.  Again, customers who cancel the day of the event forfeit their deposit.   No exceptions.

Deposits:

All orders booked require a $25 deposit, and is applied to (reduces) the total balance of your reservation.  The deposit will never be refunded for any reason.
